Is 1 a multiple of 32?
Here we will illustrate two ways to figure out if 1 is a multiple of 32.
One way would be to list all of the multiples of 32 and check if 1 is one of the numbers.
Multiples of 32 are 32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 224, 256, 288, 320 and so on.
Since 1 is not on the list of multiples of 32, the answer to the question "Is 1 a multiple of 32?" is: No.
Another way, would be to simply divide 1 by 32. If the result is a positive integer, then 1 is a multiple of 32.
1 divided by 32 equals 0.031, which is not a positive integer. Once again, the answer to our question is: No.
